These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the operator-side of hub.igelkottplates.com ("the Service") provided by Igelkott Film AB, a Swedish limited liability company ("Igelkott"). By signing in to the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and have authorization from Igelkott to use the Service.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for actions performed under your account.
- You must keep your sign-in device (the phone holding your passwordless key) reasonably secure and notify Igelkott immediately if you suspect compromise.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service to harm others, attempt to bypass authentication or rate-limits, upload malware, scrape data beyond what your role permits, or use the Service to violate applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
3. Content & intellectual property
- Service IP. The Service software, including the web application, daemons, design, and documentation, is owned by Igelkott Film AB. We grant you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable license to use it for its intended operator purposes.
- Customer content. Video material, projects, and metadata uploaded by or on behalf of customers belong to those customers. You may only access them in the course of your role.
- Feedback. Suggestions you submit (via the Feedback button or otherwise) may be incorporated without compensation or attribution.
4. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability & changes
- The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime for the operator-side.
- We may modify features, deploy preview-to-live changes, or retire components at our discretion. We try to communicate material changes that affect operator workflow.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Igelkott's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) to Igelkott in the twelve months preceding the claim. Igelkott is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by Swedish law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Igelkott from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will notify operator-users by email and, where appropriate, require explicit re-acceptance on next sign-in. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
